Mary Baker Eddy was an American Hindu witch-guru.  She taught that matter does not exist (Hindus teach it is a conditional illusion) and thus led tens of thousands of people to their deaths because they denied the reality of their diseases. Still today in India many Hindus believe that Vedanta can lead to similar healing miracles as Eddy proposed, just so long as you reject the realness of physical reality.
